I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the Samsung washing machine model WA75CG4240BYTC, which I purchased on October 10, 2025.
Since the date of purchase, I have encountered continuous problems with the unit. A technician first visited on March 3, during which the motherboard was reportedly replaced. Unfortunately, the issue persisted, prompting another service visit on April 10. During this second visit, I was informed that a necessary part must be ordered from Korea. As of today, I am still waiting for an update on the arrival and installation of this part.
I purchased this washing machine with the belief that Samsung delivers some of the best home appliances on the market. However, the experience has brought more stress than satisfaction—repeated breakdowns, constant follow-ups, and delays in repair have all taken a toll on our time and convenience.
I am respectfully requesting your immediate attention and a swift resolution to this matter. I trust Samsung values its customers and stands by its commitment to product quality and after-sales service.
